As a result of a tip-off from a feeder, Madam Yati was acquainted. This male cat was sterilised at Mount Pleasant clinic via SPCA voucher back in December.
Madam Yati says this cat does not roam as much as before. There are a few more non-sterilised cats. Counselling is underway to encourage Madam Yati to wire-mesh her gate & windows.
